Naruto: Shippuden: Uchiha Sasuke

When cosplayer Darren sent me an email of his photo as Uchiha Sasuke from Naruto: Shippuden, I have to say I was quite impressed. This is his third cosplay in two years, and he wore this in Perth’s Waicon, Western Australia. I love how in character he is  in his expression and pose.

Keep up the awesome work, Darren! I’m sure we’ll be seeing a lot more great cosplays from you!

Naruto: Hyuga Hinata 02

A member of Team 8 who suffers from a lack of self-confidence all throughout the series, Hyuga Hinata was disowned by her father at a young age because of her inability to stand up for herself. As a result, she was expelled from the Hyuga clan even though she is the eldest daughter of the clan's leader and its heiress. She begins training under her teacher and guardian, Yuhi Kurenai, to become a stronger person and prove her worth to her father.

Cute cosplay! Though I think like her brother Neji, her eyes are supposed to be white. A minor difference, in my opinion, as it is an unnatural color. Thanks to Ritchie for sending this in!

Naruto: Nara Shikamaru

Highly unenthusiastic and prefers to go through life in stride, Shikamaru often takes naps and plays strategy games like shogi and go. Despite his portrayed laziness, his teacher, Sarutobi Asuma, determined that his IQ was over 200.

Even though he doesn’t like bossy women due to his preference, he has expressed his interest in marriage and eventually having a family of his own with a son and daughter.

Personally, the hair really did it for me. I wish I had a larger image though. Thank you for sharing this!

Naruto: Hyuga Neji 02

Highly proficient in the Gentle Fist style of combat, Neji is the prodigy of the Hyuga clan who has the ability to replicate the styl’e’s most powerful techniques through simple observation. He further refines these abilities and fix its inherent flaws.

Beautiful cosplay! I wish I could read the Chinese characters on the lower right as it’s probably the cosplayer’s name. Good job on this though!

Naruto: Haruno Sakura 04

Known to have deep feelings for Uchiha Sasuke, Sakura kept he hair long at the beginning of the series mainly because she heard Sasuke preferred girls with long hair. As she began to spend more time with him as a teammate, Sakura became concerened that Sasuke would abandon her and the rest of Konohagakure because of his lust for power. When her fears prove to be correct, she does everything she could to stop him from leaving, even confessing her love for him and offering to join him, to no avail.

Cute Sakura cosplayer! I do prefer her with long hair too. I'm not sure why she chopped her hair off, but I think it was because of one of their tests in becoming a ninja? Anyway, great cosplaying!

Naruto: Shippuden: Haruno Sakura

The proficient, medical ninja of Team 7, Sakura used to sit in the sidelines, allowing others to fight her battles for her. She learns early on that this was unwise and begins to reconsider her actions, strengthening her resolve to become a better ninja from then on.

Under Tsunade's apprenticeship, she learns to use her chakra to heal wounds and build her chakra in her fists, giving her superhuman strength.

I really like how Sakura has developed into such a strong and beautiful character. I guess she's still highly infatuated with Sasuke, but I wonder if she'll ever return Naruto's feelings for her? Guess we'll have to wait and see. Beautiful cosplay though!

Naruto: Shippuden: Karin

Highly skilled in chakra-sensing, Karin appears to have 2 dynamic personalities, often times fluctuating from one to the next. She appears tough and in control around Suigetsu and Jugo, yet becomes extremely flirtatious with Sasuke. She used to be Orochimaru's assistant during his experimentations, but now has an unhealthy obsession over Sasuke.

I think he hair needs to be a little more unkempt on one side, but she does look like she's flirting with Sasuke in this photo. Nice cosplaying!

The only female ninja of Akatsuki, Konan is Nagato's partner and one of Jiraya's pupils. She is known as "God's angel" by the villagers of Amegakure since she serves under Pain. Her ability to divide her body into countless sheets of paper that she manipulates with her natural talent in origami allows her to scout through a large area, create weapons, and create angel like wings, reflecting her title. She withdraws from Akatsuki after the death of her partner.
Beautiful cosplay! My nephew decided to invade my PC one day and told me to feature this cosplay. He's very much into Naruto anime and manga at the moment, and this is one of his favorite characters I think. Pretty girls are of course, another of his favorites. Thanks, nephew~!
